We’re proud to offer you five medical plan options designed to help you and your family get the care you need.
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
The HMO plans provide coverage through in-network doctors from which you will select a primary care physician (PCP) who refers you to specialists if you need them. You will not have access to out-of-network physicians if you are enrolled in this plan. If you decide to seek treatment from an out-of-network doctor, you will be responsible for the full cost of treatment.
Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
The Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans offer the flexibility to choose an in-network or out-of-network provider each time you need care. Keep in mind, you will save money when you visit in-network providers. With these plans, you pay coinsurance for most health care services.
High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
The High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) features a higher deductible with the option of participating in a Health Savings Account (HSA). You pay coinsurance for most health care services, up to the annual out-of-pocket maximum. You have the option to save pre-tax funds in an HSA up to annual limits to pay for you and your family’s health care needs.
